How do I manage all my typefaces and fonts in InDesign We're not going to do that because it's been addressed over and over again by Platypus and again by type folks . But, obviously, you're going to want to, in the logical design of your type. And this is what it's all about. And, I think it's been touched on several times, but, the first step in the right direction, I think, is to make sure that your types are embedded in InDesign. So, you start a new document. You go to Size & Arrangement, and there's a whole bunch of stuff at the top that's going to say Document Settings. You want to make sure you have the Type on the top there. And then, hit OK. And then, you go into All Typographic. And then, in that case, you're going to choose Typeface and Font. So, you want to make sure that you're going to have your typeface properly chosen and installed there. And then, basically, you want to pick 'em all up out of the font. And then, you can delete the other stuff that you don't need.

Using easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions, you can create a beautiful InDesign template from one of your Photoshop or Illustrator files in minutes!
That sound you hear is the orgasm of every designer that now has a meaningful way to code comments into all their files! Comments is quite simply a commenting system that lets you add comments within InDesign and Photoshop files. (GoToComment.com is another supplier of the same functionality). Not only can comments be saved into an associated file, they are also searchable. The result is an improved workflow in which comments are easily available. Comments is a powerful commenting system, but it's also moderately expensive. They are best suited for very large projects (over 100 documents with at least 50 comments) that are also hosted on their own servers. 3d9ccd7d82
